Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional, based in Noida. The role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and capturing sales opportunities, and meeting defined sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, creating tailored solutions, conducting presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful onboarding of clients. The Sales Professional will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Ability to identify client needs and craft personalized solutions that align with company offerings.
- Basic understanding of E-commerce platforms and Industrial Procurement processes is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with excellent Organizational and Time Management skills to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a B2B sales environment is a strong asset.
