Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include client consultations to determine energy needs, providing tailored recommendations, preparing proposals, closing sales, and maintaining post-sale client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on achieving targets and client acquisition
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer Relationship Management and consultative selling abilities
- Knowledge of renewable energy, solar products, or related industries is highly beneficial
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in solar energy solutions or a strong interest in sustainable technologies is a plus
