Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Sales Professional, based in Noida. The Sales Professional will work closely with clients to understand their real estate requirements, provide tailored solutions, and facilitate property transactions. Responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting property site visits, providing market insights, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Success in this role will be driven by the ability to meet sales targets while fostering lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client engagement, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including property trends and buyer preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and partners
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads and transactions simultaneously
- Comfortable conducting property site visits and providing professional guidance to clients
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and a willingness to adopt new technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
