Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and understanding client needs, offering personalized property solutions, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities will include property consultations, market research, collaboration with developers, and maintaining thorough client communication. The Relationship Manager will also ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally and build trust-based relationships.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and investment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities to deliver exceptional service.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate or sales roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools is a plus.
