Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Professional role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. Responsibilities include engaging potential clients, explaining Croyez Immigration’s services, and guiding them on suitable immigration processes for their needs. The role entails building and maintaining relationships with clients, following up on inquiries, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to improve customer experiences and tracking progress through regular reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and meeting sales targets
- Ability to research and remain up-to-date on immigration services and processes
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple client cases and meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is an advantage
- Experience in immigration consultancy or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
