Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Professional based in Vadodara, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing client feedback for product improvement.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
  • Knowledge of the sustainable and packaging solutions industry is a plus
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Comfortable with hybrid work, including regular travel to Vadodara and client locations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
