Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will work closely with customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and build strong relationships to drive sales of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, managing leads, conducting site visits, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company goals. The role also requires proactive participation in sales events and market research to identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and time management abilities
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
  • Understanding of market trends and customer requirements, with experience in relationship building
  • Proficiency in CRM software, lead management tools, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales objectives
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Bengaluru is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
