Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role situated in Gurugram for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting products and services, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Key tasks include conducting market research, creating tailored sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving or surpassing sales targets. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Ability to conduct market research and develop effective strategies to achieve sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating CRM tools or databases
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in industrial machinery sales or a related industry is an advantage
