Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Professional with 2+ years of experience, preferably in the IT consulting or IT services industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services
Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations
Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution discussions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
Follow up with prospects and close deals effectively
Requirements
2+ years of sales/business development experience
Preferably from IT consulting, software services, SaaS, or technology solutions background
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical/business requirements
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage
