Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Navi Mumbai for a Sales, Pricing, and Operations - Assistant Manager. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing pricing strategies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, coordinating sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations. The Assistant Manager will work collaboratively with internal teams and partners to achieve organizational targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Operations Management
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service processes
- Excellent Communication skills for both internal coordination and external client interactions
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in the maritime or logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for operations and pricing
