Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales position with Stavros Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., located in Mumbai. The role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical APIs, excipients, and raw materials. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales presentations, achieving sales targets, and supporting the team with essential training and sales management tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and address their needs.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Experience in providing Training and mentorship to support a high-performing sales team.
- An understanding of pharmaceutical APIs, excipients, and raw materials is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or related industries is a plus.
