Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in North Delhi, focused on orthopaedic surgical instruments and related products. The Sales professional will visit hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers to promote and sell orthopedic, neuro, and surgical instruments, surgical boxes, and external fixators. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new accounts, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and conducting product demonstrations in coordination with surgeons and operating room staff. The role involves understanding clinical requirements, recommending appropriate products, preparing quotations, negotiating within set guidelines, and ensuring timely order processing and follow-up. The Sales professional will also gather market insights, track competitor activity, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and support customer training and after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medical Sales and Sales, with a track record of building and managing customer relationships in healthcare or medical devices.
- Experience or familiarity with Operating Room environments and Surgery workflows to effectively support surgeons and clinical staff during product selection and usage.
- Knowledge of Sales Operations, including pipeline management, reporting, basic forecasting, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features in clear, accessible language.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical, nursing, pharmacy, engineering, business, or a related field preferred; relevant medical device sales experience may substitute.
- Ability to work on-site in North Delhi, travel regularly to customer locations, and manage time and territory independently.
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and customer service orientation; prior experience in orthopaedic or surgical instruments is an advantage.
