Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Salesperson for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru office. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless property buying experience. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, developing client relationships, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. This role requires active engagement in maintaining client satisfaction while achieving key business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and the ability to conduct effective market research
- Customer relationship-building skills and a client-first approach
- Good verbal and written communication skills required for client interactions and reports
- Time management and organizational abilities for handling multiple clients and tasks
- Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or a sales role is a plus
- Knowledge of Vastu principles and property consultation will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with Bengaluru's real estate market is desirable
