Role Description The Performance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. The person in this role will oversee learner and tutor performance, monitor key metrics, and implement strategies to improve outcomes across tutoring programs. Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying trends, conducting regular reviews, and providing actionable feedback to tutors and support staff. The Performance Manager will coordinate training initiatives, ensure adherence to quality standards, and assist in resource allocation and budgeting to support program effectiveness. This role also involves close communication with leadership to report progress, recommend improvements, and support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Performance Management and Training skills to guide tutors, set goals, and support continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Budgeting capabilities to interpret data, manage resources, and inform decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with tutors, leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in education, tutoring, or learning support environments, with familiarity in setting and tracking performance metrics.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic digital tools and reporting software.
