At Wondershop Experiences, we create immersive, story-led events for kids. We are a creative space that blends art and imagination to inspire people of all ages. We host workshops, organize birthdays and fests, that provide a unique environment for individuals and families to explore and create.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Partnerships Executive based in Mumbai. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and services. Key tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining in-depth knowledge about our creative offerings, and assisting in organizing and promoting our events vertical. Additionally, the role involves ensuring excellent customer service, managing the clients, and contributing to the overall team goals.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities to meet and exceed targets.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for event management and coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in retail sales roles or customer-focused positions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred but not required.
What you will be doing:
• Managing the end-to-end sales journey across calls, WhatsApp, digital channels, and on-site meetings
• Understanding client requirements and helping curate thoughtful birthday experiences
• Building and activating strategic partnerships and collaborations
• Bringing in market insights and customer feedback to improve our offerings and service quality
• Coordinating closely with operations and creative teams to ensure smooth client experiences
• Identifying opportunities for growth, process improvement, and innovation
• Taking ownership of initiatives from ideation to execution
This is not a conventional sales role — we’re looking for someone who can think beyond scripts and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the company.

The founders come from more than a decade worth of corporate experience across top startups in India. Shruti and Sidhant are alums of BITS Pilani and ISB Hyderabad respectively and, are deeply involved in building a thoughtful, modern brand in the children’s experiences space.
