Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Sales Partner, located in Pune Division. The Sales Partner will focus on identifying potential leads, building strong client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Responsibilities include presenting Waardian’s solutions to prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, addressing queries, and collaborating with the internal team to deliver an exceptional client experience. Additionally, the role involves gathering client feedback to help improve product offerings.
Qualifications
- Excellent Sales abilities, including prospecting, lead generation, and deal negotiation
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills to effectively convey product benefits
- Client Relationship Management experience and an ability to address customer needs
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Smart Society Management solutions and technology-driven tools is a plus
- Prior experience in B2B or SaaS sales is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site and engage with clients in person
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
