🚀 Hiring Sales Partners (Commission-Based) | Startup Setup
Startup Setup is building a network of sales partners to help scale our client acquisition.
We work with businesses and professionals (clinics, dentists, gyms, salons, restaurants, cafes, and more) to help them grow by setting up and optimizing their digital presence and operations.
💼 What We Do:
We provide complete end-to-end business solutions, including:
• High-conversion website development
• Custom software & portals
• CRM & ERP systems
• WhatsApp automation & AI tools
• SEO (Google ranking)
• Social media management
• Google & Meta Ads (lead generation)
In simple terms, we help businesses get more customers, automate their work, and scale efficiently.
🎯 Your Role:
• Reach out to business owners and generate leads
• Understand their needs and introduce our services
• Bring in clients and help close deals
💰 Compensation:
• 20% commission on every deal you bring in that gets successfully closed
• No fixed salary (performance-based role)
• No earning limit — your income depends on your results
Example:
If you close a deal worth ₹1,00,000 → you earn ₹20,000
