Cafe QR is an LLP-registered technology revolutionizing the retail and restaurant space. We don't just offer advanced billing POS systems; we provide a complete ecosystem, including an integrated delivery app built for 15-20 minute quick commerce.
The Role: We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated Sales Partners to drive our expansion. This is a purely results-driven, high-commission role perfect for independent workers, field sales experts, or B2B tech enthusiasts who want to scale their own income alongside a growing brand.
What You Will Do:
- Acquire new retail and restaurant clients for the Cafe QR platform.
- Manage client onboarding, initial setup, and basic cashier training.
- Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with your local merchants.
The Payout (Your Revenue):
- ₹1,000/- immediate payout for every successful client onboarded on our base plan.
- Substantial additional commissions for upselling advanced modules (ERP, CRM, KOT).
Requirements:
- Independent working style with a focus on outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience in field sales, B2B tech, or merchant onboarding is a massive plus.
