Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales P&L Head to lead our pesticide technical sales division. The role involves full ownership of profit & loss, revenue growth, team leadership, and strategic business expansion.

Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the P&L for pesticide sales business
- Drive revenue growth and achieve annual turnover & margin targets
- Lead, build, and manage high-performing sales teams
- Handle key corporate clients, meetings, and deal closures
- Develop and execute sales strategies for business expansion
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market trends
- Strengthen client relationships and key accounts
- Ensure effective coordination across teams for business execution

Requirements- Minimum 8+ years of experience in pesticide sales
- Mandatory experience in Pesticide Industry
- Strong experience in team handling & team building
- Proven track record in revenue management & target achievement
- Excellent communication, leadership & negotiation skills
- Experience in corporate meetings and high-value deal closures
