CareEase is a healthcare technology startup working on next-generation digital health solutions and intelligent healthcare platforms.
The company is currently in its early development stage and is focused on building strategic partnerships, developing technology frameworks, and expanding its network within the healthcare ecosystem. CareEase is currently incubated at TBIF – IIT Ropar.
Role Overview
We are looking for Sales & Outreach Interns who will support early-stage business development and outreach efforts.
The role involves reaching out to potential partners and clients, initiating conversations, and helping schedule meetings with interested prospects.
Interns will work closely with the founding team to support early-stage outreach and partnership development.
Responsbilities
- Reach out to potential partners and clients via LinkedIn, email, and messaging platforms
- Send personalized outreach messages and introduction notes
- Track conversations, responses, and follow-ups
- Help schedule meetings with interested prospects
- Support early-stage partnership and business development activities
- Maintain outreach records and communication logs
Required Skills
- Good written communication skills
- Confidence in initiating conversations with new people
- Basic understanding of startups or business communication
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Organized approach to tracking conversations and responses
Preferred
- Interest in startups, sales, or business development
- Experience with outreach, sales, or client communication
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or email-based outreach
