Hey.
We're building the operating system for India's best hotels & restaurants. Starting with valet: the one touchpoint every hotel has but nobody's fixed. We need someone to own revenue. Not "support sales" - own it. If you've ever wanted to be the person who builds a sales engine from scratch instead of inheriting one, this is it.
What you'll do
Close deals. First conversation to signature. No warm handoffs, no "passing to the closer."
Walk into hotels, talk to real people, show them something that actually solves their problem.
Figure out what works and write it down so the next person doesn't start from zero.
Build decks, run numbers, research competitors, help the founder with whatever the business needs that week.
One day, build and lead your own team.
You'll split your time roughly 80/20 — execution vs building systems. The ratio shifts as we grow.
Who you are
You've done 1-3 years of something customer-facing. Sales, BD, operations — the title matters less than the instinct.
Cold outreach doesn't scare you. You've walked into rooms cold before.
English & Hindi, at least. Kannada is a superpower in Bangalore.
You can explain something technical to someone who's never heard of it. No jargon, no assumptions.
You can throw together a clean deck. You don't need to be a designer, but you know what looks bad.
You don't need someone to tell you what to do every morning.
You have a phone and can get around Bangalore.
Bonus: you've sold to hotels, restaurants, or real estate before.
