About us
We are a growing commercial real estate brokerage based in Mumbai, active across residential project sales, commercial leasing, and retail transactions in key micro-markets including Thane and Goregaon. We work with developers, channel partners, and direct clients and we're scaling fast.
The role
We've recently implemented a CRM and are looking for someone to own it. This is not a calling role. You will be the operational backbone of our sales team, making sure every lead is tracked, every follow-up happens on time, and our pipeline data is always accurate and actionable.
You will work directly with the founders and report into business leadership.
What you'll do
- Own the CRM end-to-end: lead entry, assignment, stage updates, and data hygiene
- Qualify and route inbound leads to the right team member based on market and requirement
- Track follow-up cadences across the sales team and flag anything falling through the cracks
- Prepare weekly pipeline reports for leadership review
- Coordinate between channel partners, the sales team, and clients on documentation and scheduling
- Maintain the channel partner database: broker contacts, deal history, commission records
- Support the team on proposal preparation, site visit coordination, and post-visit follow-ups
What we're looking for
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, CRM coordination, or real estate back-office
- Hands-on experience with any CRM tool (Sell.do, Lead Rat, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong follow-through: you close loops, you don't leave things open
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, small-team environment
- Good written and spoken communication in English and Hindi/Marathi
- Prior exposure to real estate, PropTech, or financial services is a plus
