Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to work rotational hours –APJ, US, EMEA
• Support and maintain all incoming MDG requests
• Complete assigned daily requests in line with the defined SLA
• Handle customer escalations – carry out root cause analysis on escalations with effective response times
• Analyze complex and disparate sets of data to make timely fact-based decisions and recommendations
• Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand their needs
• Assist in preparing important KPI’s
• Provide End of Quarter support aligning with key business units EOQ support structures
• Participate in regular team forums providing process improvement ideas and possible group training opportunities
• Prepare and deliver clear and well-organized presentations to stakeholders/team/leadership
• Good team player with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and fellow team members driving collaborative activities to achieve results
• Performs other duties as required
Essential Requirements:
• Strong English and local language spoken and written
• Strong analytical and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational as well as multi-tasking skills
• Self-initiation and creative thinking
• Excel and PowerPoint
• High sense of urgency
Desirable Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• SQL experience required
