Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage sales coordination, MIS reporting, inside sales, and project coordination activities. The role includes preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents; coordinating with OEMs/vendors for pricing and technical inputs; tracking enquiries, orders, and maintaining customer databases; generating daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports; monitoring pipeline, revenue, collections, and CRM data; handling inbound/outbound calls and emails; generating and qualifying leads; following up for closures and payments; coordinating with execution and procurement teams; tracking project timelines and deliveries; ensuring proper documentation and reporting; and maintaining effective communication with clients to support smooth project execution and business operations.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce preferred; strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent multi-tasking and organizational ability; and basic knowledge of ELV/IT systems will be an added advantage.
Qualification
The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline, with an MBA preferred for candidates possessing additional business management and sales process understanding. A professional educational background in business administration, marketing, or related fields will be considered advantageous.
Experience
Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, MIS reporting, inside sales, project coordination, or a similar cross-functional operational role. Prior experience in ELV, IT infrastructure, or system integration industries will be an added benefit.
KPIs
Performance will be measured based on lead conversion ratio, accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports, proposal and quotation turnaround time, efficiency in project coordination and execution support, and overall customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
