Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for OOH & DOOH media within metro stations
- Identify, approach, and convert local/retail clients into business opportunities
- Generate leads and close advertising deals to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Coordinate with internal operations and installation teams for seamless campaign execution
- Conduct daily monitoring of allotted metro stations, including:
- Display quality and visibility
- Campaign compliance
- Maintenance and operational issues
- Maintain and track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback
- Ensure timely payment collections in coordination with the accounts team
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in OOH/DOOH sales (Metro, Airport, or Transit Media preferred)
- Strong sales acumen with a target-driven approach
- Good negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a go-getter attitude
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with fieldwork and daily site visits
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in OOH/DOOH or media sales

- Experience in handling local/retail advertisers
- Familiarity with metro media inventory and operations
- Strong network within the local business ecosystem
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to collection
