💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & performance)
Aroza Event Center (California, USA) is hiring a high-performance Sales & Operations Specialist to join our remote team.
This is a serious sales role for someone experienced in event venue sales and highly skilled in HubSpot CRM management.
If you do not have HubSpot expertise AND event venue/event management sales experience, this role is not a fit.
🚨 Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
· ✔ Strong working experience in HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, automation, reporting)
· ✔ 2–5 years experience in Event Venue or Event Management Sales
· ✔ Proven ability to close bookings and drive revenue
· ✔ Fluent English (spoken & written)
· ✔ Willing to work strictly in PST (California) time zone

🔥 Key Responsibilities
· Manage leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, WhatsApp, calls, referrals & walk-ins
· Immediate and professional follow-ups with all prospects
· Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM pipeline
· Generate and present weekly sales reports
· Handle priority client calls & closing discussions
· Track performance metrics and booking conversions
· Suggest strategies to increase bookings and revenue
