💼 Role: Assistant Manager – Enterprise Sales Ops & Sales Orders
💰 CTC: Up to ₹13 LPA
⏳ Experience: 5+ Years
🕒 Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
📌 Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple teams across locations delivering account objectives
Lead Sales Operations across Inside Sales & Sales Support
Handle work allocation & capacity planning to meet SLA targets
Oversee delivery performance (quality, accuracy, TAT)
Drive people management: goal setting, coaching & engagement
Ensure compliance with sales operating models
Act as escalation point for process & client issues
Participate in client/stakeholder meetings with delivery updates
Drive CSAT improvement initiatives
Lead automation & process improvement programs
Ensure audit readiness, governance & risk compliance
Manage knowledge base, documentation & training plans
Prepare MIS, dashboards & executive reports
Support incentive & compensation tracking
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Quality & Risk teams
Contribute to transitions & solution discussions
🎯 Candidate Profile
5+ years in Sales Operations / Order Management
Strong team handling experience (multiple teams preferred)
Good exposure to SLA management, reporting & stakeholder communication
Experience in automation/process improvement initiatives is a plus
