Operations Manager (Outbound Sales Process)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our outbound sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, specifically within BPO or customer support environments. This role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, and driving performance to achieve sales targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of outbound sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team performance targets.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current outbound sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to assess team performance and operational effectiveness.
- Training and Development: Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure high levels of competency and motivation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Customer Focus: Ensure that customer satisfaction remains a top priority by maintaining high service standards and addressing any escalated issues promptly.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management, ensuring that operational costs are kept within limits while maximizing output.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations management, ideally in a BPO or customer support setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
