Manager – Sales Operations (Order Management & Customer Coordination)
Location: Delhi/NCR
Working Days: 5 Days (Work from Office)
We are currently hiring for an Manager – Sales Operations role for a leading organization in the Food Industry.
the position sits at the intersection of order management, customer service, and supply chain coordination, requiring strong ownership and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Order & Portal Management
Manage customer/supplier portals for order processing and updates
Ensure timely order confirmations, shipment updates, and dispatch tracking
Monitor order lifecycle to ensure smooth execution
🔹 Customer Coordination
Act as SPOC for customers on order status and shipment updates
Regular communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings
Participate in customer review calls when required
🔹 Internal Coordination
Work closely with logistics, planning, production, and warehouse teams
Track material availability, production timelines, and dispatch plans
🔹 Data Management
Maintain accurate order records in systems and portals
Ensure documentation accuracy and timely updates
What We’re Looking For
✔ 4–5 years of experience in:
Order Management / Customer Service / Supply Chain Coordination
✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Hands-on experience with customer/supplier portals
✔ Good command of MS Excel & reporting
✔ Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Preferred candidates from FMCG / Food Industry / CPG background
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain or related field
