We’re hiring Sales Manager to drive business growth and oversee daily operations across our different companies. This role is ideal for someone who can combine business development, team coordination, and operational discipline in a fast-moving environment.
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and result-oriented Manager - Operations to support and manage the day-to-day operations of our businesses, including BIA Guindy Campus. The role is primarily focused on bringing in new business, coordinating ongoing activities, and ensuring smooth functioning of staff and operations across verticals.
Key responsibilities- Drive new business development and support client acquisition across all businesses.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of ongoing activities.
- Manage and coordinate staff, follow up on tasks, and maintain accountability.
- Support client communication, partnerships, and relationship management.
- Ensure proper planning, reporting, and operational follow-through.
- Work closely with leadership to improve efficiency, growth, and execution.
