We’re Hiring: Sales Operations Manager (Kolkata)
We’re looking for a highly driven Sales Operations Manager to work closely with our Senior AVP – Sales & Growth and help scale a high-performing sales team of 50+ members.
If you enjoy bringing structure to chaos, driving accountability, and working at the heart of revenue teams — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales cadence (reviews, meetings, follow-ups)
• Monitor team productivity, performance, and target achievement
• Ensure strong CRM discipline and pipeline tracking
• Conduct regular check-ins with sales team members on performance and targets
• Identify gaps in execution and proactively flag risks
• Build reports and dashboards for leadership visibility
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth sales operations
What We’re Looking For
• 3–7 years of experience in Sales Ops / Business Ops / Revenue Ops
• Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• High ownership and execution mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and influence large teams without direct authority
