Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Operations Manager, based in Vadodara with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational processes, develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless execution of sales activities. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data to improve operational efficiencies, managing customer service initiatives, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, performance tracking, and identifying operational improvements
- Experience in Operations Management to streamline processes and optimize efficiency
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service strategies to enhance client relationships and drive retention
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial services or related industries is an advantage
