Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead and support sales activities across our healthcare business divisions. The ideal candidate will coordinate business development initiatives, manage sales operations, strengthen relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers, oversee key accounts, and drive revenue growth.
The role requires strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to work across multiple healthcare segments.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic centres, imaging centres, oncology institutions, and healthcare providers.
- Build strategic relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, radiologists, oncologists, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Develop channel partners and distributor networks where applicable.
Sales Operations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order execution and customer onboarding.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and performance reports.
Product Portfolio ManagementMedical Imaging Solutions
- Promote medical imaging films, dry laser printers, diagnostic imaging accessories, PACS-related products, and radiology consumables.
- Support hospitals and diagnostic centres in selecting suitable imaging solutions.
Advanced Cancer Technologies
- Promote advanced oncology technologies including CAR-T therapy programs, Proton Therapy referral pathways, precision oncology services, and other innovative cancer treatment solutions.
- Coordinate educational activities with oncology specialists and partner institutions.
International Patient Services
- Develop referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and corporate healthcare partners.
- Promote international second opinions, medical travel, and specialized treatment programs for complex medical cases.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate after-sales support.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging healthcare technologies.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend business expansion strategies.
Revenue & Performance
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and business performance reviews.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical devices, diagnostics, imaging solutions, oncology, or healthcare services.
- Experience working with hospitals, diagnostic centres, or medical distributors is highly desirable.
- Experience in B2B healthcare sales and key account management is preferred.
