ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a sharp, process-driven Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of MillionCXO's SDR-as-a-Service operations. You will be the backbone of how we run — ensuring our SDR teams are performing, our clients are happy, our processes are tight, and our delivery is consistent at scale. This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of people management, client operations, and process excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SDR Team Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the SDR teams across all active client accounts.
- Ensure SDRs are hitting activity targets (outreach volume, call connects, meetings booked) and manage performance closely.
- Coordinate with Team Leads and QA to maintain output quality and consistency.
- Manage onboarding of new SDRs — from tool access to ramp-up training and client briefings.
Client Delivery & Success
- Own client delivery — ensuring SLAs are met, reporting is on time, and client expectations are managed proactively.
- Serve as an internal escalation point for client concerns before they reach leadership.
- Conduct regular delivery reviews to assess health of each account and flag risks early.
- Collaborate with the sales team during new client onboarding to ensure smooth transitions from deal close to delivery.
Process & Systems
- Build, document, and continuously improve operational SOPs for SDR workflows, QA processes, reporting cadences, and client communication.
- Own and optimize the tech stack — CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the delivery pipeline and implement fixes.
Reporting & Analytics
- Own weekly and monthly operational reporting to leadership covering team performance, client health, and delivery KPIs.
- Track and analyze metrics like outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, and SDR productivity.
- Build dashboards that give real-time visibility into operations.
People & Team Management
- Manage a team of SDRs and Team Leads directly or in a dotted-line capacity.
- Handle scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation across client accounts.
- Work with HR/TA on hiring needs, performance reviews, and attrition management.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have
- 4–7 years of experience in operations, delivery management, or a similar role in a B2B services, BPO, or sales outsourcing environment.
- Strong understanding of SDR/outbound sales workflows — LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, calls, and CRM usage.
- Proven ability to manage teams and hold people accountable to targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret operational dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar platforms.
Good to Have
- Prior experience running SDR operations or managing an outbound sales team.
- Familiarity with QA frameworks and how quality feeds into delivery performance.
- Experience working in an agency or outsourced services model.
- Exposure to tools like Outreach.io, Salesloft, Gong, or Notion for process documentation.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 90 DAYS
- Full operational visibility across all client accounts — SLAs, performance, and risks clearly tracked.
- SOPs documented for at least 3 core operational areas (SDR onboarding, QA process, client reporting).
- Weekly reporting cadence established and shared with leadership.
- At least one process improvement implemented that measurably improves team efficiency or client outcomes.
- Strong working relationships established with SDR Team Leads, QA, and client success teams.
