Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Sales & Operations Manager at Kids Fun Zoo. The Sales & Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the play area and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a highly energetic and responsible Sales & Operations Manager who can handle customer engagement, increase bookings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the playzone.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to oversee workflow efficiency and ensure adherence to processes.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus with a commitment to providing a positive guest experience.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with both customers and team members effectively.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
