I'm hiring our first Sales person at NuriSync 🚀
Not a regular sales job. Read this fully.
We built an AI platform that takes customer orders from WhatsApp and email and processes them directly into ERP — in under 3 minutes.
No manual entry. No errors. No delays.
Indian distributors, manufacturers, and pharma traders are losing 4–6 hours every day doing this manually. We've solved it.
MVP is live. Product works. Now we need our first 10–15 customers.
Here's what we're offering the right person 👇
💰 ₹20,000/month fixed
💰 50–60% commission on every deal — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly
💰 Close 5 yearly deals? Earn ₹90,000–1,08,000 upfront in one shot
💰 Close 10–15 customers total? You get ₹10,00,000 worth of ESOPs
💰 After funding raise → market salary + incentives
Let me show you the math:
Close 10 customers on Starter Plan (₹2,999/month):
→ ₹20k fixed + ₹15,000–18,000 recurring commission every month
→ ₹35,000–38,000/month and growing
Close 5 customers on yearly plan:
→ ₹90,000–1,08,000 earned upfront
→ In addition to your fixed salary
The longer the plan your customer commits to, the more YOU earn upfront.
Who I'm looking for 👇
✅ Any years of experience in sales or BD (anyone welcome who can close the deals)
✅ Speaks English + Kannada or Hindi
✅ Comfortable visiting businesses in Peenya, KR Market, Bommanahalli
✅ Self-starter — you back yourself and don't wait to be told what to do
✅ Hungry to build something real
Bonus if you've sold to SMEs, distributors, or manufacturers before.
