About The Role
We are looking for a
hands-on Sales Operations Lead to build the foundation of our revenue engine from the ground up. You will design, build, and optimize our sales processes, tools, and data infrastructure to help the team sell faster and smarter. We use Salesforce as our CRM.
What You'll Do
- Own our Salesforce and sales systems end-to-end, including configuration, automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Define and document sales processes and ensure they are implemented effectively in Salesforce.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Custer Success to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and conversion tracking.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that drive data-informed decisions across the GTM org.
- Design and iterate compensation plans, quota tracking, and incentive models in partnership with leadership.
- Maintain data hygiene and governance, ensuring clean, reliable reporting across systems.
- Lead tooling and AI agentic initiatives (Salesforce, Deploying AI agents, etc.) to improve sales efficiency.
- Provide training and documentation to the GTM team to drive adoption and operational discipline.
- Act as a strategic advisor to sales director on funnel performance, GTM efficiency, and scalable processes.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Salesforce Administration in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce skills - able to build objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports independently.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, CAC payback, ARR, etc.).
- Analytical, process-driven, and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
