Kavadea is a fashion brand built on storytelling, we turn Indian art, culture, and forgotten narratives into wearable pieces.
We are in an fast-moving stage, and this role offers direct exposure to how a brand is built from the ground up.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Intern who can support day-to-day business execution across operations, sales, and communication.
This role is hands-on and requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
- Manage and maintain Excel/Google Sheets (orders, inventory, vendor lists)
- Handle order processing, packaging, and shipping coordination
- Print labels and ensure timely dispatch of orders
Communication
- Manage emails, vendor communication, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with suppliers and maintain vendor database
- Handle basic customer communication and support
Sales Support
- Reach out to potential retail stores for offline placement
- Maintain and update lead lists for outreach
- Assist in onboarding new stores and partnerships
Customer Engagement
- Call/message customers for feedback and reviews
- Support repeat order generation and relationship management
- Assist in managing community interactions
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through
- Comfortable with calling and interacting with vendors/customers
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Interest in fashion, D2C brands, or startups
- Prior internship or experience in operations/sales
