Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Intern located at our Bengaluru office. The Sales Operations Intern will assist in analyzing sales data, supporting customer relationships, and improving operational processes to drive efficiency. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales and customer service teams, generating reports, monitoring sales pipelines, and performing market research to identify new opportunities. The intern will also work on streamlining workflows and contributing to sales strategy optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership & Analytical Skills for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge in Sales and Sales Operations processes to support business growth
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools, with an understanding of CRM platforms being advantageous
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving
