About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, and communication-oriented freshers or interns who are interested in exploring Sales, Operations, and Team Leadership. This role focuses on leading a small team of interns and coordinating candidate follow-ups, attendance, and conversions for our webinars and training programs.
Whether you are just starting your career or looking to build practical experience in sales and business operations, this role offers hands-on learning, growth, and performance-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate communication with leads and webinar registrants
- Motivate and guide interns assigned under you to meet outreach and conversion targets
- Track attendance and follow-ups for webinar sessions
- Assist in closing candidate enrollments for the training program
- Maintain structured reporting and CRM (training provided)
- Ensure clear communication between internal teams and candidate groups
- Execute daily operational tasks related to webinar success, logistics, and onboarding
