## Job Description – Sales & Operations Executive (Freshers)

### Roles & Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries through calls and messages
* Assist clients with trip bookings and travel coordination
* Support daily operations and tour management
* Communicate with customers and provide trip updates
* Maintain booking records and customer details
* Work with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
