Role Description
You will be the engine behind Zoomies' revenue operations — ensuring every order, across every channel, flows seamlessly from placement to fulfilment. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and data, owning the processes that keep D2C, Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, and offline channels firing in sync. If you thrive on building systems, fixing leakages, and making revenue predictable — this is your role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales operations workflow across all channels — Shopify (D2C), Amazon, Flipkart, Q-Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), and offline/distributor orders.
- Build and manage a unified order funnel — from order receipt across channels to warehouse handoff, dispatch, and delivery confirmation.
- Track and reconcile channel-wise revenue, returns, and cancellations daily; flag discrepancies and drive resolution.
- Build and maintain SOPs for order processing, returns management, and channel reconciliation across all platforms.
- Work with the tech team to integrate channels into a central OMS and ensure real-time sales visibility.
- Identify revenue leakages — RTOs, settlement delays, pricing errors, stockouts — and drive systematic fixes.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of core Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience at a D2C startup — non-negotiable.
- Hands-on ownership of multi-channel order flows — experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Q-Commerce platforms, and offline order management.
- Strong analytical skills — you live in Excel/Google Sheets and can build revenue trackers, reconciliation sheets, and performance dashboards from scratch.
- Clear understanding of D2C sales metrics — GMV, net revenue, RTO rate, return rate, channel contribution, and settlement cycles.
- Process-first mindset — you document SOPs, close loops, and don't let things fall through the cracks.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator — equally comfortable working with marketing, ops, finance, and platform teams.
Good to Have
- Experience with OMS or ERP tools (Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar).
- Prior exposure to offline/distributor sales operations and secondary sales tracking.
- Familiarity with payment gateway reconciliation (Razorpay, Cashfree) and marketplace settlement cycles.
