Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Sales Operations Executive located in Guwahati. The role involves supporting sales operations by analyzing data, assisting with customer service processes, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations. Daily tasks may include preparing sales reports, managing sales documentation, coordinating with clients, troubleshooting customer inquiries, and contributing to meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales trends and interpret data effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for interacting with clients and team members
- Experience or knowledge in Sales Operations and Sales processes
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude, with problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
- Familiarity with the electronics distribution sector is a plus
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
