We are hiring- Sales Operations Executive !!
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (On-Site)
Time: 9:30 AM-6:30 PM
Work Location: Shyamal Cross Rds, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities and beat planning of the field sales team
- Monitor field visits and market coverage; report deviations to management
- Handle issues related to the sales application used by field staff
- Coordinate with dispatch/warehouse for timely order delivery to retailers
- Maintain and track orders, dispatch records, and field team data
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and Excel-based trackers
- Act as a bridge between field sales, dispatch, accounts, and HO
- Communicate scheme updates, product changes, and company policies to the field team
Key Requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel- MIS, pivot tables, data tracking (MUST)
- Effective communicator in English, Hindi & Gujarati
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Prior experience in sales coordination or back-office preferred
