Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive upto 5 years of experience to support our sales team and ensure smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales data, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, update, and manage accurate sales data and records
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Handle email communication and coordination using Outlook
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Monitor sales performance metrics and highlight key insights
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data management, reporting)
Working knowledge of MS Word
Ability to manage emails efficiently using Outlook
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: Starting from ₹18,000.00 per month
