Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Operations Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing sales processes, supporting the sales team to achieve targets, and handling the day-to-day operations of the sales function. The role also involves working closely with customers to provide exceptional service, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and ensuring operational efficiency across sales activities.

- Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to work with both internal teams and clients seamlessly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on achieving sales performance goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis software is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry, is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
