Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Operations Executive located in Pune Division. The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales processes, analyzing sales data to inform business strategies, and supporting customer service efforts.
The role requires you to:
- Meet and pitch local businesses, FMCG brands, and marketing agencies
- Close advertising deals and manage the full sales cycle independently
- Onboard brands/advertisers, collect creatives, coordinate with our tech team
- Visit stores weekly to check screen quality and uptime
- Build and maintain your own pipeline
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years in B2B sales, media sales, retail marketing, or field sales
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Owns a two-wheeler, willing to travel across Pune
- Self-driven; you will manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Prior media or advertising experience is a strong plus
- Experience with CRM tools and sales performance metrics is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Compensation:
Fixed base + Lucrative Commissions
The commission is recurring. Close once, earn every month.
