Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Coordinator based in Mumbai.
The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and managing sales processes to ensure efficiency, collaborating with internal teams to support sales goals, maintaining data accuracy in sales systems, and providing customer support for new and existing customers.
The role includes preparation of sales reports and identifying areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations for managing workflows and improving efficiency
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review sales data
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Business Administration, Marketing
- Prior experience in renewable energy or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Knowledge of tools like Zoho CRM, SAP, Excel. is an added advantage
