Role Description
This is full time role for a Sales Operations Coordinator, primarily located at Wagholi, Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves coordinating sales operations, supporting sales teams, ensuring smooth customer interactions, and optimising processes to drive business efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing client communications, processing orders, streamlining sales workflows, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- Experience in providing excellent customer service and building client relationships
- Proficiency in sales and sales operations to support business objectives
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in relevant sales or CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
