- Ideal candidate should be a graduate with a minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Engage with clients daily through phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Drive client engagement, build lasting relationships, and support sales growth through proactive communication and operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact, proactively addressing needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of client issues.
- Manage daily operations and oversee the smooth execution of tasks across multiple departments.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of systems, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
